Modern Hi-tech (Dalian) owns a software development team rich of
technical capability and developing experience. All the technicians
own bachelor degrees or higher, more than forty percents of them
own master degree.
SDD was equipped with multiple developing environments from workstation
to micro computers network, can develop Client/Server, Internet/Intranet

Hi-Tech (Hong Kong) and Modern Hi-Tech (Tokyo), SDD has developed
a lot of large database application system and software running
in various environments for the clients from Japan, USA, Hong Kong,
Denmark and so on. So Modern Hi-Tech has earned a high reputation
in domestic and overseas IT fields.
SDD has been establishing its own software development progress
control and quality guarantee standard since 1995. It has accumulated
a lot of valuable experience. In early 2002, HDD has passed the
CMM-2 (Software Capacity Maturity Model) evaluation, only a few
software companies in China have passed the evaluation till now.
CMM makes all the progress of software production under top-quality
and efficient control, which will result in perfect production quality
and fully conforming to customers’ requirements.
